“Is This All There Is?”

That was the question that stopped me in my tracks at the pinnacle of my 30-year career as a concert musician.

Hi, I’m Yana. I spent most of my life at the piano, interpreting masterworks, performing on world-renowned stages, creating boundary-breaking concert series and talk shows, and bringing classical music to wider audiences.

Throughout those years, I had the privilege of working with extraordinary artists, conductors, mentors, and creative thinkers who expanded my perspective and deepened my art.

But behind the curtain calls and standing ovations were pressure, rejection, unpredictability and a constant push for the next breakthrough.

Eventually, even the music - my lifelong refuge - began to feel... empty.

I had built a life on discipline, excellence, endurance, and grit. But somehow, I was lost. Burnt out. Uninspired.

So I did what I never imagined I’d do:

I walked away from the life I’d spent decades building.

At first, it felt like failure. And I questioned everything: 

• Is it all worth it?

• Who am I doing this for?

• Am I even enjoying this?

• Is this what I dreamed of doing?

• What about the other talents, interests and hobbies I enjoy?

• Is there a bigger mission for me?

That last question is what finally catalyzed the shifts that needed to happen.

The Sound of Coming Home

As part of my searching journey, I dove into everything I could find to heal and recover: hypnosis, biofeedback, yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic therapy, psychedelics… you name it.

One modality at a time, I peeled back the layers and began moving closer to something I hadn't felt in years: FREEDOM!

And then one day, music came rushing back.
But it wasn’t the same.

This time, I let myself play - not perform.
I improvised. I sang. I experimented with electronics and explored new genres. I let go of the rules, the rigidity, the self-imposed limitations that told me what I was “allowed” or “good enough” to do.

And that’s when music became MY MEDICINE!

Reigniting My Fire and Sharing It

I realized I wasn’t alone.
So many people I’ve met were craving the same thing: joy, expansion, realignment. A return to wholeness.

Inspo Journey was born out of passion to share. 

After years of restructuring my old belief system and reintegration, my perception shifted. I felt like climbing on top of the mountain and screaming: 

THIS IS WORKING! Everything is POSSIBLE again!!!

My journey was the biggest gift.
And then it turned into a passionate calling - to remind others that everything is possible. To help them reconnect with joy, inspiration and curiosity.  To guide them back to themselves - fully present, fully alive. 

Because even if nothing outside changes, one spark inside can burn through the old story and light up a whole new way forward.

I got trained and certified in the most effective tools I could find, not just to transform my own life, but so it wouldn’t take others years to do the same.

Yes, growth has its rhythm, and it doesn’t have to be a long, winding road. There is a way through that’s focused, deep, and real. 

Inspo Journey is the culmination, a tapestry woven from artistic expansion and healing wisdom. A fusion of every influence that brought me back to wholeness and taught me how to live fully present - by choice.

The Wow That Fuels My Why

The breakthroughs I witness continue to move me, sometimes to tears, sometimes to goosebumps, always to awe..

There’s something breathtaking about experiencing someone light up from within, illuminating everything around them.

It’s in those moments that I’m reminded why I bring all of myself to this work.

Because what lights me up is using everything I’ve been given - music, movement, breath, language, presence and weaving it together to support others as they rediscover what’s already inside.

This is where life becomes art. 

This is where possibility opens again.

I’m also a wife to a true Renaissance man, a physician whose work bridges Emergency Medicine, legal consulting, and holistic innovation. He’s the founder of InspoRoots™, a modern supplement company rooted in ancient herbal wisdom. Our paths often intertwine in purpose and practice.

Together, we’re raising two wild-hearted boys who keep us inspired, grounded, and endlessly curious, with a shared love for diving into deep waters and sailing across open seas.
