The journey is guided from beginning to end. You’ll be sitting, standing, moving, breathing, dancing, vocalizing, thinking, trancing, and feeling great.
Set aside 2 hours for the journey. We don’t take breaks.
Wear comfortable but stylish clothes you can move in — think elevated ease, not gym gear. Nice socks encouraged in case you decide to take your shoes off.
Bring water
Eat lightly beforehand — not on an empty or full stomach.
Arrive 15 minutes before start time.
Phones off, distractions behind.
Come open-minded and listen to your internal "yes" or "no."

Each Inspo Journey flows through three seamless phases:
Awareness: Breath, grounding, intention setting, critical mind recognition, and inner‑child reconnection.
Release: Somatic movement, hypnosis/NLP reframing, immersive music, and emotional release.
Activation: Integration exercises, practical tool anchors, partner/group resonance, and clear action steps for daily use.

The session is designed to be 90 minutes long
It’s a full experience from beginning to end so please plan to arrive on time and stay till the end for a complete journey.
We do not take breaks so please prepare to stay inside the room for its entirety.

You might! Tears or other forms of release are absolutely natural and fully supported. We encourage you to tap into your most vulnerable self and be seen and allow yourself to feel all the emotions that come up. We create a space for safety and vulnerability so you can process everything that you need.
You are in charge of your process. If at any time you feel any discomfort, please listen to your body and take care of you. You may step outside, or ask for support from our helpers.

We focus on the safety and comfort of everyone in the room. We have no unsolicited touch. Any partnered work requires verbal consent.

Yes. You'll leave with practical tools, neurological anchors, and simple techniques you can return to anytime, anywhere, to recreate inspired states in daily life.
We offer private integration sessions and you may schedule them on our website. These are also suitable if you would like to dive deeper with the techniques that were given to you.

The Kaleidoscope of Sound: We blend live looping, piano, tribal, classical, vocal, electronic, and ambient textures. The genre isn’t fixed, it meets you emotionally, moment to moment.

You’re always in control. You’re encouraged to follow your body’s cues and choose what feels right. Nothing is required. Even witnessing, visualizing, or simply being present can spark transformation.

Absolutely. All participation is optional and adjustable. Many exercises can be visualized or experienced mentally with the same benefit. Research even shows that imagining physical movement can activate neural pathways similarly to actual movement.

No. Inspo Journey is not a form of psychotherapy or clinical treatment. While we use research-supported methods (like NLP and hypnosis), we don’t diagnose or treat any conditions. This is a guided personal growth experience, not a replacement for mental health care. Participants accept full personal responsibility.

Inspo Journey is not based on any religion or spiritual belief system. It's experiential, grounded, and science-informed. If you're concerned about practices like hypnosis or sound work, and if those conflict with your beliefs, this might not be a fit for you — and that’s okay.
