Fun fact
Turns out, when you improvise - anything, music, movement, conversation, your morning routine - your brain physically cannot overthink. It's too busy generating, monitoring, and adapting in real time. Scientists call it dynamic cognitive control. I call it the fastest way to get out of your head and back into your body.
What I'm sharing here is a break from a lifetime of classical perfectionism. A random improv practice. Far from polished. But that's exactly the point — this is me teaching myself to let go of "never good enough."
This is just one piece of what we explore together at Inspo Circle — music, movement, and inner work to get you out of your head and back into aliveness. June 13 & 17, free online.
